Our rights

The Vift AI app, its code, detection rules and threat data, its name, logo, screenshots and written content belong to BrainyBolt. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or repackage the app or its assets. Repackaged or modified copies of Vift AI are not genuine, and installing one is a security risk.

User content

Vift AI does not host or publish content from users. A profile photo you choose stays on your phone; files and messages you check are examined on your phone and are not shared with other users.

Reporting infringement

If you believe Vift AI, its store listing or its website infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to viruxaai@gmail.com with the subject "IP notice", including:

your name, address, phone number and email;
the work or mark you say is infringed, and where the infringing material appears;
a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
your physical or electronic signature.

We review every complete notice, act on valid ones, and reply within 15 days. If something you provided is removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the same details.

Reporting a fake Vift AI app

If you find an app pretending to be Vift AI, please tell us at the same address. The only genuine app has the package name com.viruxa.app and is published on Google Play by BrainyBolt.
