These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vift AI Android app and related services (the "Service"). Vift AI is operated by BrainyBolt, House No. 5, Paivazhi Junction, Kulanada, Pathanamthitta, Kerala 689503, India (viruxaai@gmail.com). By installing or using Vift AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be 18 or older. The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
Vift AI has five shields: Privacy Watch (which apps can reach your camera, microphone, location, files and screen), File Shield (checks files that arrive on your phone), Message Shield (checks a message you share or paste into the app), Payment Scam Guard (warns when another app can see or control your screen during a call or a payment) and Network Check (checks whether anything can read your network traffic). Detection is never perfect: Vift AI may miss a threat and may occasionally flag something safe. Vift AI does not read your SMS inbox or incoming texts, and Android does not allow any app to block a payment inside another app, remove another app, or delete a message for you.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Vift AI on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the app, except as the law allows.
An account is optional. It exists so a plan you already bought can be restored onto a new phone; creating one does not unlock anything. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
You agree not to: use Vift AI unlawfully; reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app except where the law permits; attack, overload or probe the Service; or use it to build malware or harm others.
The app, its detection rules and data, its name, logo and design belong to BrainyBolt and are protected by law. These Terms give you no rights in them beyond the licence in section 3. To report content you believe infringes your rights, see our IP & Copyright policy.
A result about a third-party app, file, link or message is our best-effort assessment, not a legal statement about that party. We are not responsible for third-party content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or that it will detect or prevent every threat.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainyBolt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, money or profits, including losses from a threat the Service did not detect. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to what you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
If someone else brings a claim against BrainyBolt because you broke these Terms or misused the Service — for example by installing it on a phone you do not own or control, or by using it to interfere with another person's device — you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs that result. This does not apply to anything caused by our own breach or negligence, and it does not limit any right you have under consumer-protection law.
We may change or discontinue features and update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. If a change materially affects your plan or your data, we will tell you in the app.
You may stop using Vift AI at any time and delete your data (see Delete your account and data). Cancelling a subscription is done in Google Play and stops the next renewal. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, and will tell you why unless the law or the safety of others prevents it. If we stop offering the Service, we will tell you in the app. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and the law. Sections 9, 10, 11 and 14 continue to apply after your use ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For complaints, write to viruxaai@gmail.com with the subject "Grievance"; we acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days. If a dispute is not resolved that way within 30 days, either of us may take it to the courts at Pathanamthitta, Kerala, which have jurisdiction — unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live, or to use a consumer forum.
